📜 Terms & Conditions of Hire

All equipment remains the property of Wiggles & Giggles at all times.

Hire period is agreed in advance. Late collection may result in additional charges.

Equipment must only be used on a flat, clean surface, indoors or outdoors (weather permitting).

Adult supervision is required at all times. Children must not be left unattended.

Shoes, food, drinks, face paint, glitter, and sharp objects are not permitted in play areas.

Wiggles & Giggles accepts no responsibility for injury caused through misuse or lack of supervision.
💥 Damage & Loss Policy

Equipment is inspected and cleaned before every hire.

Please return items in the same condition.

Charges may apply for:

Excessive mess (including face paint, food, or arts & crafts damage)

Normal wear and tear is, of course, expected.
🛡️ Health & Safety

All equipment is safety-checked and sanitised before each hire.

Soft play is suitable for children up to 5 years old.

Please ensure play is age-appropriate and supervised at all times.

Maximum numbers per item must be respected (signs/guide provided with equipment).

Outdoor hires are weather dependent – equipment cannot be used in heavy rain or on wet grass.
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability).

If we must cancel due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a transfer or refund.
🔒 Privacy Policy

We collect only the details needed to process your booking (name, contact info, event details).

Your information will never be shared with third parties.

Payment details are handled securely through our booking system.
🧾 Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event unless otherwise agreed.

We accept bank transfer and online payments (details provided during booking).
📷 Photo & Social Media Policy

We do not take or share photos of children unless we have written consent.
